Emmanuel “Bubby” Mitchell, was born on January 30, 2013 to his loving mother, Chloe Pinchbeck in Louisville, KY. From an early age, he was bright and intuitive in so many ways. He enjoyed various aspects of learning and education, while attending Audubon Traditional Elementary School. His favorite activities included playing sports (especially soccer) and video games (preferably Fortnite). His favorite color was red, this reflected his aspiration to become a firefighter. Bubby was a believer in God and a strong believer of praying for others.
One of Bubby’s absolute joys was spending time with his family and friends, including his self proclaimed favorite person and best friend - his sister Halie. He was a beautiful soul that truly lived life at it’s best and to it’s fullest. He became an inspiration to so many people all over the world with his love, his bravery, and by defying all obstacles and odds that he faced in life. Bubby departed this life on Monday, March 29th, 2021 surrounded by so many of his loved ones.
Bubby is survived by his mother, Chloe Pinchbeck, adoring sister, Halie Pinchbeck; his grandparents Laura Pinchbeck, Nathan Roberts and Debra Mitchell; great-grandfather, Walter Pinchbeck, Jr; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins, friends, extended family members, and supporters.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. A virtual funeral service in Bubby’s honor will be Thursday at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home. The service will be streamed live over our Facebook page, to participate "like" our Facebook page 'Arch L. Heady at Resthaven' and you will receive a notification when the service begins streaming at 12 p.m. on Thursday. Bubby will be laid to rest privately in Resthaven Memorial Park.
