Elizabeth A. Clark entered into eternal rest on May 23, 2024 at the age of 76, with her family by her side. She was born on May 5, 1948, to William and Betty Carter. Elizabeth’s life was marked by her role as a loving mother and grandmother and for unwavering love and generosity towards her extended family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her son, Dale Maki, who passed away in childhood; Husband Joe Clark; Sister Barbara Carter and Brother William "Skip" Carter.
She is survived by her two children, Kyle Maki (Rachelle) and Kimberlie White (Mitchell), her beloved grandchildren, Peyton Maki, Landon Maki, Ashen White and Alex White; Brother David Carter(Terry); Sister-in-Law Brenda Carter; nieces and nephews, Sandy Halleman(Luke), Ray Carter, Stacey Brown(Dave), Blair Oyler(Matt), Jason Carter and Bliss Solano(Cesar).
She remained a giver, always prioritizing the needs of her loved ones. She found the love of her life when she met Joe Clark, who she missed dearly. They loved fishing, bargain hunting at yard sales and traveling.
A memorial service will be held on June 11th from 1-8 PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, located at 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY 40218; Placement in the mausoleum will follow on June 12th at 10am.
Elizabeth Clark will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and the love she shared with her family. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
