Elisabeth M. Duncan, 83, entered into rest on Wednesday March 17, 2021. She was preceded in death by Her Husband, Lieutenant Colonel Ronald Keith Duncan; Her Son, Christopher Lee. Duncan; Her Siblings, Lene Maske, Margaret Hochleutner, George Vogtmann; Elisabeth was a graduate of UK with an associate degree in Arts and Applied Science. She was a Red Cross Director of Volunteer Services Southwest. She was a former member of Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church where she spent years as the Art and Environment Coordinator and a member of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church. She was a WLKY Spirit of Louisville Foundation Bell Award Recipient in 2003. She leaves behind to cherish her love a son, Craig Steven Duncan and daughter, Sheryl Ann Shacklette (Jeff); Her Grandchildren, Trevor Craig Duncan, Kara Michelle Shacklette, Olivia Jane Duncan; Sister, Gertrud Mitzdorf; Her Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday at 1:00pm at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, 5433 Johnstown Road, with Burial following in Bethany Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday after 9:30am at the Advantage Funeral Home – Hardy Chapel.
