Eleanor M. Underwood 94, returned to her heavenly Father on Saturday evening, January 7, 2012. She was a retired Cytologist, a member of Saint Bernadette Catholic Church, and she loved to travel with her family. She was a avid reader, and loved her large print Bible.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her two loving daughters; Gertie Lonero and Frances A. Cobb, her 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandsons.
The family would like to express their appreciation to Hosparus for the loving care they gave Eleanor.
A funeral Mass to Celebrate Eleanor’s life will be held Wednesday at 10 AM at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 3345 Lexington Road, with burial at Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-7 PM Tuesday at Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village.
