He was retired from American Standard where he was a supervisor for over 30 years.
Mr. Herp was preceded in death by his wife, Frances in 2003.
He is survived by his daughter, Diana Olsson; sons, Richard Herp, John Herp, and Thomas (Terry) Herp; a brother, James (Brenda) Herp; by six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Service will be held at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at noon. Interment will be in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. on Monday, and from 2-8 p.m. on Tuesday. Please visit our website at www.headyhardy.com
