Edward D Phelps

Edward Phelps, 57, of Shelbyville passed away January 1, 2014. Born in Vero Beach Florida to Wilford and Carole Hancock Phelps, Mr. Phelps was a Foreman of general maintenance for the Jefferson County Public Schools, a lover of old cars and a avid fan of Florida State University.

Mr. Phelps is survived by his wife Kim Phelps, sons Casey Phelps and Cory Thomas, his sister Pamela Phelps, niece; Kara Lawson, nephew Ryan Krueger , foster daughter Nena Honey and his mother-in-law Joan VanLeur.

A memorial service for Mr. Phelps will be held Saturday January 4, 2pm, at Arch L.. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville. A reception will follow the service.
