Born in Ponca, Nebraska to the late Gene and Violet McIntyre, Earl was a retired horse trainer.
He is survived by a sister, Carol Davis; and caregiver, Gwendolyn Douglas.
Per his wishes, no public services will be held. Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 3601 Tayor Blvd, was entrusted with arrangements.
