I Remember working for the parks department Ranger station in fairdale during summer program we worked under cotton cleaning painting cutting the parks at forest view and Tom wallas parks back in the late 70s for about 3 summers through the summer program cotton was fun to work for and taught us a lot and great in poker God rest his soul sorry I miss his funeral prayers out to his family he was a great funny joking cool Ranger guy he new his stuff in the out doors at the parks🙏         Jimmy Taylor 

I just found out about Cousin Cotton.  He could always make laugh no matter what was going on in my life. My heart and prayers are with you both.  Love Cousin Patty

Cotton was such a good man, he always had a smile and loved to make me laugh.  His love and support for Shelly and Kathy was so visible and true.  I feel blesses to have  known him.  My thoughts and prayers and love go out to Shelly and Kathy.  Cotton will continue to watch over you both.  His smile and goodness will be missed but never forgotten.  

Dwayne had a huge impact of my life and the lives of so many people.  I so very much respect him. I am so sorry for his families loss. My prayers go out to you. 

Dwayne was always so good to me ,he treated me like daughter. I adopted him as the father I always wanted and never had. I am blessed to have known him for over 25 years and he gave me so much wisdom courage and strength. He taught me that I deserved to be cared for and treated with dignity and respect, but that I must also treat myself that way if I ever expected to receive it. When I was wrong he held me accountable, and when I was right he shared his pride in my growth just like any good dad should. My heart goes out to Kathy and Shelley I know how much you both loved him and definitely how much he loved you.. 

Cotton was a great man.  He worked incredibly hard and had a great time doing it.  I have so many fond memories of working with him.  My thoughts and prayers are with Kathy, Shelly and all the rest of his loving family. 

A better tree man never existed! Cotton was such a good man. We have missed seeing him. He will always hold a special place in our hearts!!

Dwayne will be sorely missed.  As I watched the tribute movie I was thinking how loved he was by all. I always liked to see Dwayne in the office. When I saw his name on the schedule I knew my day was going to be fun. From the moment I called him back to the room I would start on him and Kathy and Shelly would go right along with me and he would shake his head and say I don't have a chance with all you women.  I would make a face and say they'll let anybody in here won't they! I'm going to miss my buddy. Even though I had retired there was always the chance I would see him again somewhere but now I have to wait until we all Gather in heaven together. St Peter might say they'll let anybody in here won't they! But in all seriousness he has rightfully gained his wings and certainly welcomed into heaven. Prayers to the family. I will ask our Father in Heaven to Grant you the peace and Grace you will need to go through this most difficult time in your life. Love to all

Cotton , he was my best friend. I could always count on him.  He is a part of my family. His loss leaves a big hole in my heart! He will truly be missed. Sending lots of love, prayers, & hugs, Walt & Kay Ford
