Douglas William Farmer, 58, of Louisville, passed away December 19, 2019. He was an employee of the United States Postal Service. He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Farmer; and his mother, Roxie Puckett. He is survived by his sister, Sandra Clark(Charles); brother, Lee Puckett; stepfather, Ray Puckett; nieces, Sarah Cragwall(Michael) and Jaime Clark; and a great-nephew, Emmett Lowry. Funeral service will be 2pm Thursday, December 26, 2019 at Evergreen Funeral Home with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 11am-2pm Thursday. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his memory can be made to WHAS Crusade for Children.
