Dorothy is survived by her children: Donna Metten (Stephen), Edward (Sharon), Ann Gerkins (James), Kim Cohen (Bill), Jeffrey, Mike, Lesa (Marty) and Dee Lynn Miller; daughter in-law, Debbie Justice, sisters, Nina Samuels and Joyce Gerlach (Ronnie), as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and many extended family members.
A Celebration of Dorothy’s life will be held at 2 pm on Friday, November 8, 2017 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road. Visitation is Friday from 10 am until time of service at the funeral home.
