She was preceded in death by her son, Kenneth W. Horn; brother, Bud Flynn; and sister, Agnes Robinson.
Survivors include her children, Dennis A. Horn(Barbara), Teresa A. Schmidt(Frank), Joseph E. Horn(Lisa), Tina M. Peden, and Pam R. Gootee(Joe); daughter-in-law, Pam J. Horn; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and siblings, Margie Duncan, John, Martin, and Paul Flynn, and Gerry Boehnlein.
A celebration of Dorothy's life will be be held 10:30am Friday at Evangel World Prayer Center 5400 Minors Ln. with interment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8pm Thursday at Arch L. Heady & Son Okolona Funeral Home 8519 Preston Hwy.
