Dorothy Ann Frank

Dottie was an active member of Highland Baptist Church and served as a deacon for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Virgie Estele Bevel and James Dewey Hodges, and nephew Jimmy Brown.

She is survived by her husband David C Frank, son Granger Adams (Tracy Smith), Brian Frank (Karen), Timothy Frank (Joni), Linda McCreight (TJ), and siblings James J Hodges (Sharon), and Beverly Lynn Harris (Frank), grandchildren Gabriel and Dillon Adams, Michael, Elle, and Nick Frank, Noah and Nate Frank, and Matthew and Maggie McCrieght.

Dottie attended the University of Louisville, and the Parsons Design School in Paris, France. She achieved recognition in Louisville as an Interior Designer working for Bud Burwinkle, Allen House, and Bittners.

Dottie was active in the community, serving on the advisory board of the Sullivan School of Design, was a founding member of the Cherokee Art Fair Committee, and served numerous times on the Louisville Zoofarie Board.

A memorial service will be held at Highland Baptist Church, 1101 Cherokee Rd. Louisville, KY 40204 on Tuesday, July 10, 2018, at 3 pm. A reception will follow at the church.
