Doris Jean (Baunach) Mudd, 79, of Louisville KY, passed away Saturday, July 30, 2016 with her family by her side. She was born in Louisville, KY to the late John and Frances Baunach. She was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and a member of the Okolona VFW Post 89 women’s auxiliary. Doris was preceded in death by her husband Donald Mudd Sr. and brothers; Bobby, Jimmy and Billy Baunich. Left to cherish her memory are her sisters; Betty Nalley, Joyce Sapp(Ron) of Florida, and Brenda Schneider, daughters; Mary Young, Karen Marshall(Skip) Pamela Cook(Carlos), and Rhonda Flores(Jerry), sons; Donald Mudd Jr. (Joetta)., Robert Mudd(Donna), and Kevin Mudd(Jerrilyn), thirteen grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren, and a host of many other family members and friends. A celebration of life service will be held Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at 11am in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40219, with burial to follow at Zachary Taylor Nat’l Cemetery. Visitation will be held On Tuesday from 1-8pm at the funeral home.
