Hazel, Donald “Duck”, 58, entered into eternal rest on June 15, 2016. Duck was a loving and free spirited man, who was known for his love of being around children. Duck was also an avid UK fan. Go Big Blue!
He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel and Frances Hazel; twin brother, Ronald Lee Hazel; and brother, Daniel Hazel Jr.
Left to cherish his memory are his siblings, Brenda Burton, Richard Hazel, Rosie Clifford (Donald), David Hazel (Nelda), and Sherry Hazel; many loving nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Wanda Hazel; and special friends, Wanda Duplin, Billy Cundiff, and Chuck Wheeler.
There will be a visitation on Saturday from 12:00pm-8:00pm for family and friends to gather at Evergreen Funeral Home.
