Dolores Jean Triplett

On Monday, February 1st, Dolores Jean Pile Triplett, born December 12th, 1935, to Woodrow and Ora Pile, passed away suddenly to be with our Lord Savior in eternity. Dolores leaves behind two sons, Scott (Teresa) and Kevin, along with grandchildren Brittany Jenkins (Brian), Scott Triplett Jr. and Shelby Triplett, along with great grandchildren Alexis Triplett and Lilly Jenkins. Dolores was a member of Cloverleaf Baptist Church and a dedicated city servant of 29 years at Louisville City Hall, servings in both Legislative and Executive branches of local government. Dolores leaves behind cherished memories to hundreds of friends who's lives she so wonderfully touched through her wisdom, her grace, her charm and giving nature - and never forgot her roots while enjoying time traveling to her childhood home in Breckenridge County and walks along Southern Parkway. Dolores is preceded in death by her late husband Donald K. Triplett and sister Brenda Sue Curry. Funeral arrangements for Dolores include visitation on Monday, February 7th between 2:00 to 8:00pm at Arch L. Heady Funeral Home, 3601 Taylor Blvd. Funeral service Tuesday, February 8th at 1 pm cst at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home in Hardinsburg, KY. Burial will take place at the Horsely Family Cemetery in Locust Hill, KY.
