DOUGHERTY, Denise Lynn, 61, entered into rest on July 30, 2015.
She was a radiographer for Nortons Hospital for 33 years. She was an avid UK fan and loved being at Nolin Lake.
Miss Dougherty was preceded in rest by a special friend, Wanda Tankersley, and a nephew, Tommy Yocum.
She is survived by her brother, Bill Dougherty (Lisa); three nephews, Paul (Ashley), Tommy and Anthony; two nieces, Amber and Kayla; her two cats, Sparkle and Twinkle; and a host of friends.
Her funeral will be on Monday at 7pm at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway, with cremation to follow. Visitation will be from 11am until the time of service.
