She was born August 14, 1961 in Louisville, the daughter of the late Carroll David and Anna Pearl (Brown) O’Donnell.
Delta was a resident at Abilities Unlimited in Frankfort and was also a huge U of L Fan.
Survivors include her sisters, Carroll Dunavent (Tom), Kathy Clater, and Debbie Fineman; nephews, Shawn Colbert (Kim) and Kelly Fineman; nieces, Lisa Colbert and Katie Bixby (Brian); great-nieces, Rhianna Giles, Emma Bixby and Kayleigh Bixby; and many excellent caregivers including Gayle Carter, Will Robinson and Chris Rhodes.
A service to celebrate Delta’s life will be conducted at 12:30 PM on Saturday, June 26, 2021 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Rd. Private burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon on Saturday at the funeral home.
