Delores was born on June 30, 1946 to the late Jerome and Mae Rueve.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Quiggins; parents; and brother, Jerry Rueve.
Delores is survived by her children, Sandy Ray (William), David Quiggins (Anna), Julie Quiggins, Danny Quiggins, and Billy Quiggins (Stephanie); 12 grandchildren; siblings, Patsy Beckman (F.J.) and Shirley Badgett (Phil).
A Celebration of Life will be held to honor the life of Delores at 11am on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at Evergreen Funeral Home, with interment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2-8pm on Tuesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Susan G. Komen Foundation.
