

Chesser, Delores Ann Woodall 55, known to family and friends as Tiny, passed away Saturday August 24, 2013 with family and friends by her side, after a long battle with cancer. She was a 1977 graduate of DuPont Manual High School. Delores had been a faithful member of Gospel Home Mission House of Prayer. Delores was employed at Jewish St. Mary's Hospital until her illness. She was preceded in death by her first husband Kenneth Warren, mother Kathleen Allen Woodall, brothers James and Ronnie Woodall, maternal grandparents Robert and Sarah Starnres Allen, paternal grandparents John Mae and Elbertie Haynes Woodall. Delores left behind to cherish her memory her loving husband Raymond "Doug" Chesser, sons Kenny and Derek Warren, grandchildren Derek (Little Man) Warren Jr. and Triniti Dixon and father John Woodall and Stepmother Brenda. She is also survived by her siblings Ruby Louise Woodall Thurman (Robert), Howard J Woodall, Dennis L Woodall (Angie), Johnny E Woodall (Angie), Betty Jo Woodall Renz (Larry) and David R Woodall (Marlena), one niece and several nephews, several great nieces and nephews, step siblings Danny Williams (Mary), Scott Williams (Dawn), Keith Williams (Linda) and Vickie Baker (Paul) and her dear friend Katarina Fletcher. The family would like to thank Dr. Michael Milam for the care of their loved one. A service honoring the life of Delores will be held Thursday at 2pm at Evergreen Funeral Home with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 11am-8pm at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy can be made to Hosparus of Louisville or The Brown Cancer Center.
