Deb G. Jackson, 61, of Louisville, passed away April 30, 2013.
Deb was a retired crew leader with MSD.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Mary John Smith; and sisters, Sharon and Lynn.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving partner, Tammy Lewis; beloved daughters, Kelly McCawley (Brian) and Robin Jackson; her brother, Dave Smith (Pat); and grandchildren, Brittany, J.D., William, Bella and Grace.
A celebration of Deb's life will be held 7 p.m. Thursday at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be after 5 p.m. Thursday until the time of the service.
Memorial donations may be directed to the Cystic Fibrosis Society.
