Dean Elizabeth Smith, 66 , passed away June 28, 2014 at Sts. Mary and Eizabeth Hospital.

She was a native of Bemis, Tennessee.

Survivors include husband; Charles (Tom) Smith, six brothers, Steve (Lisa), Larry (Connie),

Wayne, Andy (Patty), David (Missy) and Tommy Carnell (Gina), one sister: Joann Medley (Jerry).

Service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at W.G. Hardy Funeral Home and Cremation Service

10907 Dixie Highway with burial in Bethany Cemetery.

Visitation Tuesday 1-8 p.m. and after 9 a.m. Wednesday
