He was born to the late Lillian and Nelson Moody in 1948. In addition to his parents, he is preceded by six of his fur babies, Amber, Butch, Seka, Bozo Lucky, and Rusty.
Bryan graduated from Fern Creek High School and then joined the Marines. He was a decorated Marine Corp Veteran who served in the Vietnam War. When Bryan returned home from over seas, he began working for Worthington Steel Industries until they closed the location in Kentucky. Bryan's retirement included volunteer at many Veteran Administration events and programs. He enjoyed being outdoors, cutting wood, working on cars with the boys, or taking long walks with his wife and fur baby Maria. Bryan was a simple man who enjoyed his simple life. He preferred Burger King Whopper with cheese over any steak. His family was most important to him. He worked hard for everything he had earned.
