David Michael Collette, 58 of Louisville KY, passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2013.
He is survived by his children, Meghann and Michelle Collette, his Mother, Imogene Collette and the late Delbert Collette, sisters, Phyllis Stetar (Chuck) and Linda McDowell (Steve). Nieces and nephews, Evan, Shannon, Steven, and Heather. He’s also survived by many extended family and friends.
A celebration of David’s life will be conducted at 2PM Sunday, November 3, 2013 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven 4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville KY 40219 (502) 491-5950 with visitation after 12 noon the day of the service.
