Danny L. Green, 75, of Louisville, passed away January 24, 2023. He was a Vietnam Army veteran, a retiree of Ford Motor Company KTP, and a member of Moose Lodge 5. He also loved his family, golf, University of Kentucky basketball, and University of Kentucky football.
Danny was preceded in death by his parents, Berthel and Dorothy Green; and his twin sister, Dianna Green. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Dianna Stevenson Green; daughters, Stacy Buckler(Kevin) and Dena Dyer(Jesse); grandchildren, Kayla Buckler, Taylor Buckler, Ashley Goodwin, and Olivia Dyer; great-grandson, Mason Warren; brother, Thurston Green(Betty); and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 2pm Sunday, January 29, 2023 at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be 2pm-8pm Saturday, January 28, 2023 and 12pm-2pm Sunday, January 29, 2023 at the funeral home. Entombment will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Memorial donations in Danny's memory can be made to American Cancer Society or Hosparus.
