Clara M. Harper

“Aggie” or “Mags”, daughter of Joseph Walter Calhoun and Rosie Frances Jewell Calhoun, was born 12/30/1929. Along with her parents, Clara was predeceased by her beloved husband, Jack Harper; grandson, Jeff Harper; 7 brothers, Joseph Jr., Leroy, Herbert, Raymond, Roger, Randel & Joe Calhoun; and one sister, Reda. Clara is survived by two sons, Mike (Susie) and Rick (Terie) Harper, two daughters, Jackie Desolier (Darrell) and Debbie Clark (Herbie); 7 grandchildren, Miranda Weathers (Ronnie), Danielle Harper, Dillon and Jake Desolier, Christy Smith, Tami Allen (Clay) and Alan Smith; 2 great-grandchildren, Ellie and Nora Weathers; sister-in-law Sue Calhoun; and numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

Visitation at Resthaven Funeral Home, 4400 Bardstown Road, will be Thursday, July 21, 2022, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a memorial service from 6:00 PM -7:00 PM. A visitation at Winn Funeral Home in Horse Cave KY, will begin on Saturday, July 23, 2022, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST, with a funeral service beginning at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow in Horse Cave Cemetery. Charitable contributions can be made to the National Kidney Foundation (kidney.org).
