He was born on December 20, 1986 in San Dimas, California, and was a 2005 graduate of Etiwanda High School in Rancho Cucamonga, California, and was in training to operate heavy equipment.
He leaves to cherish his memory a son, Caleb Tardif; his mother, Julie Ann Lesniak and husband Robert; his father, Thomas Christopher Tardif and wife Vicki; one sister, Chelsea Tardif; one step-sister, Tyonni Gonzalez; one half-sister, Talyssa Tardiff; one step brother, Teilor Tardif; his paternal grandmother, Dorothy Tardif and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Lois Carter, and his paternal grandfather, Joseph Tardif.
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at Arch L. Heady and Son Funeral Home, 7410 Westport Road, Louisville, Kentucky.
