She worked as a buyer for WIT Transmission, and Whip Mix prior to that. She was a very active volunteer for the Alzheimer’s Association and a big supporter of the Martha Layne Collins High School (Shelbyville) Band. In the past, she was also a volunteer for PRP Panther Youth Sports.
Christina was preceded in death by her mother, Lillian Margret Wilson. She is survived by her father, Darrell Wilson; a sister, Natalie Gee (Wes); a brother, Micah Wilson (Brittany); nephews and niece, Bradley (MaKayla), Eric, Rachel, Lucas, and Tucker; a great-nephew, Huxley; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and wonderful friends.
Her funeral service will be held at 11:30 am Saturday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Hwy, followed by cremation. Visitation will be held from 3-8pm Friday.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
