A visitation for Chester will be held Thursday, January 26th, 2023, from 11:00AM to 2:00PM at 2356 - Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40218, followed by a funeral service at 2:00PM.
Chester was born in Portageville MO to Chester Riley, Sr. and Wilma Faye Riley on June 7th, 1933. He married Phyllis Moore on December 15th, 1957. He was a veteran of the United States Army and was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing.
Chester is preceded in death by his son, Joseph Christian Riley.
Chester is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Phyllis Riley, his children Lynn (David) Chin, Rusty (Lisa) Riley, and Mark (Jan) Riley. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to: Kentucky Fish and Wildlife in Chester's name.
