Charles D. Mitchell 88, of Louisville passed away Saturday December 1, 2018 with his loving family by his side. Charles was a WWII army veteran and a retiree from Airco Carbide in Louisville.
He is survived by his mate Phyllis Bagby, his children; William Vincent (Tammy), grandchildren; Rodney Mitchell (Michele), Britney, Mitchell, grandchildren; Charles, Johnny, Jason, Angela and Derek Vincent, also his great-granddaughters; Harmony and Camilla.
