Charles Thomas (Tommy) Jones, 74, departed this life on January 23, 2014 at his home in Louisville. He was a wonderful husband, father, friend and a retiree of General Electric. Charles was preceded in death by his wife Mary Louse Jones ( of 30 yrs), parents Lucille and Charles T. Jones, a daughter, and four siblings. He is survived by his nine children; Thomas, Russell, Jeffrey (Sherriel) Beverly, Christina, Cheakita Webster (Aaron), Stephanie,Tasha Garrett (Anthony), and Desiree Smith (Joshua) and 12 grandchildren whom he loved dearly; and a host of family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held 1 p.m. at New Life Church on Tuesday January 28, 2014 at 3402 Goose Creek Road. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the church. Burial will immediately follow at Louisville Memorial East.
