He was a pipefitter by trade and had worked in maintenance for many years at Walt Disney World. He was a member of Shawnee Masonic Lodge 830, Scottish Rite, Kosair Shrine, and was a Kentucky Colonel. As a Shriner, he especially enjoyed volunteering to transport children to Kosair Hospital for treatment.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Fowler and his father, Charles E. Fowler, Sr.
He is survived by a daughter, Angela Keller (Terry); his mother, Lois Watson Fowler; a sister, Lois Dobson (David); brothers, Charles Clifton (Judy) and Rocky Clifton (Trish); granddaughters, Natalie and Josephine Keller; his companion, Kay Moore; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family.
A memorial service will be held at 4 pm Wednesday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home. A gathering of family and friends will be from 1:30 until the time of service Wednesday.
