Our daddy loved attending his grandchildren’s events, even playing fun kid games, riding motorcycles, watching his favorite teams Dallas Cowboys and UK basketball.

Cecil is survived by his family, all of whom live in Denton, TX. A daughter, Misty Stout and her husband Michael, a grandson, Patrick Caylor, a daughter, Crystal Westbrook and her husband, Michael, granddaughter, Ocean Westbrook-Bills and her husband Ashton Bills, granddaughters, Raina Westbrook and River Westbrook. He is also survived by his sister, Linda Lewis of LaGrange, KY, brother Ricky Darnell wife Joy of Arlington TX, brother Doug Scott wife Lisa of LaGrange, KY.

Cecil also has several nieces and nephews that he loved very much.

Cecil is also survived by his significant other, Nesa Rautenbush Hall. She and Cecil also shared her family as his extended family her two sons. Daughter in law and six grandchildren.

Guests are invited to attend a visitation at 12pm Sunday, January 14, 2024. A memorial celebration will be held on Sunday, January 14, 2024 at 1pm in the chapel of Arch L. Heady – Cralle Funeral Home.

Cecil will be laid to rest at Roselawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Denton, Texas. A memorial service will be held at 3PM on Friday, January 26, 2024 at the cemetery.
