Carolyn Charlotte Perkins, 86 of Louisville passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2017.
She is preceded in death by her husband of sixty years, Frank Perkins Sr. her siblings, Bernice Goebel, Iola McCue, Henry “Bud” Rothman Jr, Kenneth Rothman.
Carolyn is survived by her children, Diane Heun and her husband Mark, Frank Perkins Jr., and his wife Holly. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren as well as other nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
Guests are invited to attend a visitation from 3-8pm on Friday, August 18, 2017. A funeral service to celebrate Carolyn’s life will be conducted at 10am on Saturday, August 19, 2017 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd.
