Carolyn M. Howard

She is preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, John R. Portman.

She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Bill Howard, three children: Lynn Moore (Eddie Beeber), Susan Kohler (Mike), and William R. Howard (Laura). Also surviving her is her 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, brother, Joseph P. Portman, sisters: Ann Pierce and Bernadette Portman, and many nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Carolyn will be held Tuesday, January 10, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven (4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40218).

A funeral service will occur Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at 10:00 AM at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church (2040 Buechel Bank Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40218).

in lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial gift be made to St. Bartholomew Catholic Church or Childhood Cancer Family Fund.
