He was preceded in death by his parents, Armilla Ann Neace and William Yokeum Sr., and his brothers, Timothy Wayne Partee and William Dean Yokeum Jr.
Carmon is survived by his sister, Kathleen Neace Bartley; his stepsons, Daniel Pritchard and Steven Pritchard; three nieces; and one nephew.
In keeping with Carmon’s wishes, cremation was chosen. He will be remembered with love and missed dearly by those who knew him.
