Brian Becker Lindsay

Brian B. Lindsay, 58, passed away unexpectedly in January 2022. He was born in Erie, PA, on March 12, 1963, to the late George L. and Margaret B. Lindsay. Brother Robert M. Lindsay also predeceased him.

The family moved to Louisville when Brian was an infant to join family already living there. Brian graduated from Westport High School and U of L J.B. Speed School of Engineering. He worked for Raytheon Technologies since 1985 and retired in January 2021 as the Information Technology Manager.

Brian was a loyal U of L athletics fan, often attending men’s and women’s games. Basketball and football were special favorites. He was a long-time season ticket holder and often followed the teams to tournament and bowl games across the country. Florida beaches and Disney World were favorite vacation spots. Brian grew up with dogs and owned his fourth Great Dane, Lucy, at the time of his passing.

Left to cherish his memory are family and friends who will miss him greatly.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 17, 2022 at 11:00 am at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Hwy., with funeral service to follow at noon.

Memorial donations may be made to the Kentucky Humane Society, Crusade for Children, or Dare to Care Food Bank, three of Brian’s favorite charities.
