Brian was a loving father, pawpaw, papa bear, brother and chef. He worked as a chef at Napa River Grill, Atria Senior Living, and Kroger. A member of Southeast Christian Church who enjoyed serving others, riding bikes and gardening.
Here to carry on his memory is his mother, Patricia Compton, children: Kayla (Mackey) Gaskin, Kyle Cornwell (Jessica), Kelly Cornwell (Brandon), grandchildren, Finn Gaskin, Cyrus Gaskin, Quinn Cornwell, Gabe Gaskin, sisters, Mary Compton, Julie (Mark) Murphy, Paula (Danny) Greenwell, brothers, Tim Cornwell (Michelle) and Greg Cornwell (Heather).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 8, 2021 from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm at Chapel in the Woods, 1407 Moser Road, Louisville, KY 40299.
A Celebration of Life will follow visitation starting at 3:00 pm at the church.
