Brenda Sue Sharp

She was born to the late Anna Mae and Charles Brown. Three sisters, one brother, and beloved friend Dottie also preceded her in passing.

Brenda worked for Red Cross and assisted the National Disaster team. She was a caregiver at different nursing homes, helping those who needed it. Brenda volunteered and worked with the AM Vets.

Here to carry on her memory are her children; Charles Smith, Dwayne Smith, Frankie Clayton, and Anna Clayton, two grandchildren; Charles Wheeler and crimson Pitcher, five great-grandchildren, beloved friend, Charlene Akins, and two brothers, Jimmy and Buster Brown.

A service to celebrate the life of Brenda will begin at 2:00pm on Wednesday, December 22, 2021. Visitation will start at 11:00am until service time at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral home. Brenda will be laid to rest in Resthaven memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Road. Louisville, KY 40218.
