Bobbie “Elaine” Dillon, age 78 passed away on Thursday, August 17, 2023. Elaine was born in Louisville, Kentucky on May 23, 1945 to Norbett Schmidt and Frances Pace Schmidt. Elaine worked as a School Bus driver for Jefferson County Public School System. She also enjoyed going to the Shepherdsville Country Music show for over 20 years.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her son, Jason Hendrix, Brother Richard Schmidt and Grandchildren Megan, Amber and Bailey Hendrix.
A memorial visitation will be held Tuesday, September 12, 2023 from 1 PM until 3 PM. A memorial service will begin at 3 PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home (4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40218).
