Beulah Sholar Wesley was born on February 3, 1939 to George Vanta Sholar and Vesta Stamps in Trigg County Kentucky, both whom are deceased. She was the fourth of twelve children born in that union. She now joins her siblings, who preceded her in death: Lena, Peter, Courtney, Lemon, Carl, Shelby and Ralph. Leaving four siblings to mourn: Dorothy Hopson, George Sholar, Loretta Howard, and Jeanetta Amorin.
She was a kind, loyal and loving wife to Willie J. Wesley, whom she married on February 27, 1956. Within their union of 57 years, they raised 5 children: Vanessa Wesley, Juliana Sampson (Myles), Petra Wesley, Willie J. Wesley Jr. (Tomasina) and Mark C. Wesley. She was blessed to have four grandchildren and love them all dearly, Courtney and John Ward and Myles III and Sydnee Sampson.
Beulah was baptized as a Jehovah's Witness on July 7th, 1984 and faithfully serviced for over 29 years. She leaves a host of nieces, nephews, friends and fellow worshipers in the Cadiz and Louisville, Kentucky areas, who will miss hearing her lift up her voice in song and praise to Jehovah. Her favorite words of wisdom were simply to "keep it simple!" She loved to read Jehovah's word the bible, and share the wisdom gained from it. Words will never express how deeply she has touched our lives! She is gone from us now, but we look forward to the day we will meet again and be gathered together in Jehovah's perfection here on earth! We love you!
