She is preceded in death by her husband James Randall Smith.
Left to cherish the memory of Beulah is her sons; John R. Smith (Irene) and David R. Smith (Peg), daughters; Marilyn F. Smith and Donna A. Gentry (David), 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Services to honor the life of Beulah Smith will be held at Evergreen Funeral Home at 10am Sunday, March 2 with visitation to be held from 2-6pm Saturday at the funeral home.
