Beulah J. Phelps, 95, of Louisville, KY passed away on March 14, 2021.
She was born on March 28, 1925 in Borden, Indiana to the late Zulu & Elsie Souders. Beulah is also preceded in death by her husband, Galen Phelps and her son, Dale Phelps.
She is survived by her children, Alan Phelps (Virginia), Regina Heaton (John) and Karen Frazier (Dennis); sister, Joyce Bruckman; twelve grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchildren.
A private service will be held for the family at Arch L. Heady at Restahven. Beulah will be laid to rest at Resthaven Memorial Park.
