Betty was married to Glen for 60 years. She was a graduate of Shawnee High school and the University of Louisville. She was a genealogist, a world traveler, a member of the Kentucky Society of Natural History, The Louisville Zoo and the Audubon Society.
She is preceded in death by her brothers, Ralph G. Hays and William B. Hays (Jane and Eleanor). She is survived by her husband, Glen E. Warren; sisters-in-law, Buena Hays and JoAnne Warren. Betty is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She will be sorely missed.
A celebration of Betty's life will be conducted at 2 p.m., Wednesday, July 31, 2013 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be held Wednesday after 11 a.m. until service time.
