I have so many great memories of my sister Betty,  she was two years older than me and we kinda grew up together after our older siblings moved out of the house. I have memories of our childhood fights, pranks and getting spankings because of stupid things we did together. My fondness memories is the phone calls after grew up. No matter how long I have been gone or been able to contact someone it was like we talked yesterday. We still picked on each other laughed .  We would talk about nothing but yet about everything. When I was having a hard time with PTSD I could just call talk to her not even tell her my issues but her loving caring touch would make me feel better. That’s who she was. I shall truly miss this calls she was more that just a sister she was a friend also. Love you sis. 

My aunt want the most loving woman she has helped me through a lot of hard times in my life but hardest she helped me through is losing my dad she was there for me even though she just lost her baby brother to because that's just how careing she was. She was a second mom to me one of my favorite memories was going to her house every weekend and going to church but out of the whole weekend my favorite memories is when it was bed time she would read us a Bible story or the Bible.
Aunt Betty I love you and I just want to thank you for everything you have done for me and but most of all thank you for teaching me about God and how to have faith rest in peace  sweet angel I love you

I'll miss my mother. She was the best woman I knew. I grew up looking up to her. She taught me all that I knew. She showed me how to have a will of iron just like herself. She showed me how to be a hard worker and earn my paycheck as I got older. But she showed me love and taught me how to be a gentleman. She spent her life putting everyone else first. She wasn't selfish. She was amazing. Her passing is the hardest thing I've ever experienced. But I rest a little easier knowing she's not in pain anymore. She's where there is only true bliss and joy beyond our wildest imaginations. Rest easy mom. I love you!!!

I have so many memories of being with her. From riding back and forth to school, holidays spent together, an just many other times that were spent with her. She was like a 2nd mom to me for awhile an I will miss her. I was so sad to hear about her passing. It still does not seem real to me at all. Love an prayers to all the family. ❤️❤️

    Words are at a loss at the moment. How can language express a life of friendship. So sudden, so young, so full of life!!!! Her foot print on my life will not soon be forgotten. If ever. 
     She has made her grand entrance toThe Father. Praise the Lord for the Lamb of God!

Betty was a loving, caring and precious lady . I will miss her laughter and her friendship but look forward to our time in heaven together where there is no parting, time limits, sorrow, sickness or pain. 
 We had our boys in online school together and got them together so they could play basket ball for there required gym. While they played we would spend our time visiting with laughter or serious talk. 
 Betty was very outgoing and would give you a hug where ever she was including, Wal-Mart.. 
 One time in Aldi's as she walked in the door, she spotted me near the frozen foods and hollered across the store... "Hey, lady with the bun!".. 
 We celebrated our boys birthday together while she lived near me. 
 The last few years we have been apart and lives are busy and went on, but I will never forget my dear friend, Betty.. 
 I plan to see her again in heaven!!
 See you in the morning, Betty where there is no time limits where we can rejoice and praise Jesus forever!!


I remember  Betty as a young child when our family would go to visit how sweet and tender heart she was.  It is hard to believe she has passed on at such a young age

One of the memories that comes up of my aunt Betty is all those weekends we stayed the night and went to church on sunday she'd put me and my sister in the cute dresses and white dress shoes and she would braid our hair. I use to always look forward to the weekends so I could spend time with my aunt Betty and my cousins and go to church. She was there for me to talk to when I had my miscarriage, I'm gonna miss her so very much

To the childress family, I am heartbroken that she was taken so quickly. I have Soo many memories of me and Betty laughing and saying to each other your never going to believe what I did now and then we would laugh as we told about our senior moments. She was a great person and a true friend. I will I her greatly but am comforted by knowing she is with Jesus. She loved her family very much.
