Betty Louise Skinner, passed away Sunday, August 26, 2018 with her loving family beside her. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 51 years, Loren Edwin Askins. Survived by her brother Dr. Ralph Skinner of Columbus, OH; loving sons Dan E. Askins (Judy), Dr. Larry E. Askins (David); 2 granddaughters, Jill Crimm (Carter) and Kristi Caldwell (Steve); and 4 great grandchildren, Connor, Lauren, Joshua, and Lilly.
Services to celebrate Mrs. Askins life will be held Friday, 10:00 AM, at First Lutheran Church, 417 E. Broadway, with private interment at Cave Hill. Visitation will be held Thursday, 4-7 pm at Arch L. Heady-Cralle, 2428 Frankfort Ave.
