She was a production worker for 32 years for the old Bremner Biscuit Company and was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.
LaRhea was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Lee Ballinger; a son, Richard Floyd Ballinger; grandson, Brian; and 14 siblings. She is survived by her daughter, Victoria Mullins; son, Tommy Ballinger (Terrie); twin brother, Tommy Beeler; grandchildren Michael, Paul, Cory, Andy, Joshua, Gina, and Nikki; and 12 great-grandchildren.
A cemetery committal service will be held at 1:00 pm Monday at Highland Memory Gardens, Mt. Washington. There will be no public visitation.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Hosparus.
The family wishes to acknowledge the loving and devoted care that Victoria and Nikki provided to Bertha over the last several years.
