Ben Owen Copley Sr., 66, of South Louisville passed from this life on Thursday March 31, 2016. He was a retired coach operator for TARC where he worked for 36 years, and a Navy veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, W. R. & Myrtle Smith and a great grandson Kamdyn Luttrell. Left to cherish his memory is his wife, the former Tammy Moore; daughter Wendy Copley-Davis (Daniel); son, Ben Copley, Jr., (Melissa); sisters, Bonnie Aubrey and Ruth Riley; brother, Charlie Copley; 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. A celebration of Mr. Copley’s life will be held at 7:00 pm Monday at the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with cremation to follow.
