She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert B. Wieland and their son, David D. Wieland.
Barbara is survived by her children, Diane Wieland and her daughter in law, Suzanne Wieland, siblings are, Norma Johnston, Wanda Long, Judy Tinsley, and Bill Gibbens, grandchildren, Branden Thrasher, Spencer Wieland, Savannah Wieland and Addison Wieland.
Visitation will be held from 3-8 PM on Friday, March 15, 2024 at Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Rd, Louisville KY 40222 and after 9 AM the day of the funeral. A funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at the funeral home with interment to follow at Cave Hill Cemetery.
