Born on March 28, 1960, Artie was the 6th child & second son of 13 to parents, Arlie E. Bynum & Alma Arleana Wardrip Bynum. He was a Contractor and Kentucky Wildcats fan through & through. He also loved NASCAR & wrestling. His family was his universe. He was very devoted to them & would help anyone in need, giving if he needed it or not. He was a dad and grandfather to many & never told his grandkids no.
Besides his parents, Arlie E. & Alma Arleana Bynum; 2 – brothers & 2 – sisters, precede Artie in his passing.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Necole (Randy), Artie (Tiffany) , Jon, Jeremy, Tabitha, Chrissy (Adam) & Stacy (Kevin); 17 – grandchildren; 12 – great – grandchildren, 8 – brothers & sisters, Carole, Jackie, Donnie, Betty, Allen, Verna, Cathy & Charlotte; best friends, Bill, George & Danny; many nieces, nephews & cousins; plus, a host of other relatives & friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, July 3, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in the Dignity Chapel of the Evergreen Funeral Home. Artie will be laid to rest in the Garden of Time of the Evergreen Cemetery & Garden Mausoleums. Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 2, 2023 from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. and then again on Monday, July 3, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until the Funeral Hour of 2:00 p.m. also at the Evergreen Funeral Home.
