Anthony Wayne Garrett

He worked many years at Carby’s Car Wash and Havertys. He had also driven a TARC bus for the disabled and a delivery truck for Louisville Mill Supply.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and grandparents James and Elizabeth Garrett and Jimmy and Mildred Whitlock.

He is survived by his sisters Lisa Harlow (Tim) and Rebecca Shearin (Stacey); a brother, Clifton “Wayne” Garrett, Jr. (Lisa); 5 nephews; 1 niece; 2 great nieces; and his babies Spanky and Ginger.

We know that we will see him again, and will rejoice in that. But for now we give him back to mom and share our memories and stories with laughs and giggles and love.

His funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm Wednesday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 770 Dixie Hwy, followed by burial at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 2-8 pm Tuesday.
